Here I stand, In the rain they fell

Wow, I personally haven't seen many changeling and ponies fighting but this looks more like a slaughter! If only the wedding at Canterlot was like this it would be one of my favorite episodes.
Additionally well done with showing what images you used and crediting the owners its always interesting to see what was used to make some great art!

The overall vision of this piece is quite striking. One pony taking out a few uncountable changelings he must have been very annoyed at them or there is more to the back story and I admit I would like to find out more!

Originality wise because of using others images in your image I cannot give it a high score because that would not be very original or unique using other peoples things which is by no means a bad thing. However everything such as the scene that is being portrayed and all else you have worked on must have taken quite a bit of time and you should be very proud of the end result!

Your technique while overall very nice and pleasing does remind me of the comics that are in the newspapers. The attention to detail such as the small flawless reflection, the deceased changelings and the ponies body is quite impressive and neatly done.

The initial impact of the image that I got when I first clicked to see the enlarged image was how very cool this was and if there was anymore!? If this is the first more gruesome picture you have created then I believe you need to continue doing what you do and as you make more it will get even better!

My construction feedback would be to continue on with your drawing and keep paying attention to those details! There are a few feather guides I have seen floating around that can help you make the wings look even better! The swords angle/perspective seems a little bit off but it might be a curved blade. The puddle is great work but I only saw it after reading the description and looking back at it so perhaps next time you could make it bigger and more noticeable and move your logo to an area of the picture that is less interesting. Your art will be noticed most of the time by your style and form but it's a good idea to have your name on the image so if it is handed around it can be identified and referenced easily. The ponies rear two legs look a little short but that could be because he is leaning or crouching or something. The blood coloring I think looks fine as it is however the random dots of blood everywhere doesn't look as realistic, perhaps next time think of how a sword splatters blood in a linear splattered streak [I have watched too much Dexter]. Finally the image looks a bit too bright and the shadowing seems average but don't worry too much I might just be getting picky.
