anyway, i drew lucario as a cyberpunk-ish version of Sir Aaron from lucario and the mystery of mew great pokemon movie, by the way. im kinda proud with being able to make his aura sphere like i did

Overall
Vision Originality Technique ImpactOMG I love this! This would be awesome as a mural! I love the colours and the intensity of this image.
The rain makes everything dramatic, but I hope that you will gradually move away from the rain though. You don't want to over use it. In this case, with the mystery surrounding the legend of Lucario and company.
Another thing to beware of are your lens flares. I am not sure what their purpose is, besides a futuristic feeling or movement. The brightness of these flares can very distracting from the image. Your art is awesome! You don't need to distract from them with flares.
