This is my first critique ever, and I just got all my wisdom teeth pulled, so bear with me.
While I never played any of the DMC series (I know. shame on me) I've seen enough of them to know a Dante when I see one. This is definitely him, from the skull & bones sword to his signature dual pistols.
At the same time, of course, it is Twilight Sparkle. Now, I'm not sure how well the nerdy unicorn fits with Dante, but the fact is that, regardless of whether it does or not, you made it LOOK like it fits. Plus it's not something I've come across before. Originality thus gets 5 out of 5. Technique takes a very mild hit fir the use of stocks for the background (the only reason being that I, knowing your talent at sketching, wish that you used it in the background as well.) As I said, a very mild hit. That is, after all, what the stocks are for.

Impact, for me is somewhat low, but that is only due to my relative inexperience with DMC, and thus I'm not raging or squeeing over the cross between DMC and MLP.
