Jet Set Radio Otter!

after some delays, i finished the otter boy!

it was a commission for a guy. it's his otter boy, Kabu, in something inspired by Jet Set Radio Future (along with my normal cyberpunk style) it turned out super colourful c: i tried doing some stuff in the background to simulate motion... did it turn out okay?
